Terms of Service

These terms govern use of AI Clothes Changer by Fabulous Me, an AI image editing service for virtual try-on and outfit preview.

Permitted use

You may use the service to preview clothing and styling ideas on photos you have the right to use, for personal fashion planning, shopping, and social content.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service for adult content, nudity, clothes removal, deepfakes, identity impersonation, harassment, illegal content, or content that violates another person's rights. You may not attempt to bypass safety systems, overload the service, scrape the service, or resell access without written permission.

Uploads and rights

You must have the rights and permissions needed for any image you upload. You keep ownership of your uploads. You grant us the limited permission needed to process uploads, create requested previews, operate the service, and provide support.

AI results

AI previews may be imperfect. Users are responsible for reviewing output before downloading, publishing, or relying on it.

Credits and payments

The service may offer one-time credits or pay-per-generation purchases. Prices, credit amounts, expiration rules, and checkout terms will be shown before purchase. Paid features are available only after payment processing is enabled.

Suspension

We may remove content, limit access, or suspend accounts that violate these terms, create legal risk, or threaten the safety and reliability of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
