Refund Policy

AI Clothes Changer by Fabulous Me plans to sell one-time credits or pay-per-generation purchases after payment review is complete.

Before paid launch

The current MVP does not process payments. No paid credits are available until checkout is enabled.

Future credit purchases

Once paid credits are available, unused credits may be eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase unless otherwise stated at checkout. Consumed credits and completed AI generations are generally not refundable because compute costs are incurred immediately.

Service issues

If a paid generation fails because of a technical issue, contact support and we may restore credits or provide another reasonable remedy.

How to request help

Email support@aichangeclothes.com with your account email, order reference, and a short description of the issue. We review refund and credit-restoration requests case by case.
