Refund Policy

AI Clothes Changer by Fabulous Me sells one-time credit packs for outfit preview generation. This policy explains when credits or payments may be reviewed.

One-time credits

Credits are used for AI outfit previews. Different model quality levels may cost different credit amounts, and current prices are shown on the Pricing page before checkout.

Refund window

Unused credits may be eligible for review within 14 days of purchase unless checkout terms state otherwise. Consumed credits and completed AI generations are generally not refundable because compute costs are incurred immediately.

What counts as used

Credits are considered used when an AI outfit preview generation completes successfully. Credits are not considered used when a generation fails because of a verified technical service issue.

Service issues

If a paid generation fails because of a verified technical issue, contact support. We may restore credits or provide another reasonable remedy after reviewing the account, order, and generation record.

How to request help

Email support@aichangeclothes.com with your account email, order reference, and a short description of the issue. We review refund and credit-restoration requests case by case and usually respond within 2 business days.
