We may collect contact details you provide, support messages, uploaded photos, selected outfit styles, generated previews, device and browser information, approximate region, and basic usage analytics needed to run and improve the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide virtual try-on previews, maintain service security, respond to support requests, process future credit purchases, and improve product quality.

Photo handling

Uploaded images are used to generate outfit previews requested by the user. Input photos, garment references, and raw provider outputs are intended to be retained temporarily, while final results may remain available in account history so users can review successful previews.

Image retention

The current service design keeps final successful results for history access. Temporary input, garment, and raw provider files are designed for short retention and cleanup after they are no longer needed for service operation, security, or support. You may contact support to request deletion of account-related image data, subject to legal and operational limits.

AI training

We do not present uploaded user photos as public examples, and we do not claim to use private uploads to train a public model. AI processing providers may process images only as needed to provide the requested generation service to us.

Service providers

We may use trusted infrastructure, storage, analytics, payment, and AI processing providers to operate the service. These providers process information only as needed to provide services to us and are not allowed to use it for their own unrelated purposes.
